What you need
- Garden Glove
- Small Styrofoam ball
- Yellow Easter Grass
- Google Eyes
- Orange Foam paper
- Orange chenille stick or pipe cleaner
- Cool Glue Gun
What you do
- Cut a Styrofoam ball in half.
- Shape one half into an egg shape.
- Glue Styrofoam egg shape to a garden glove being careful not to allow glue to seep through to the back of the glove. We avoided any complications by placing a small piece of cardboard in the glove while gluing.
- Glue yellow Easter grass to the Styrofoam egg.
- Cut out a small triangle shape out of the orange foam paper. Glue to the front of the chick to resemble a beak.
- Add a set of Google eyes by gluing them just above the beak.
- Attached a pipe cleaner to resemble the legs.
- The chick will keep warm as you wear the glove!
