What you need
- Paper towel roll
- White Poster Board
- Caps from small chocolate milk bottles
- Gold Ribbon
- Gold Tassel
- Die Cut sticker letters
- Low temp glue gun
What to do:
1) Glue plastic caps to each end of the paper towel roll.
2) Take an 11x14 piece of poster board.
3) Glue a line done the paper towel roll and adhere the beginning of the paper scroll.
4) Wrap tightly.
5) Approximately 4 -5 inches from the end, make another line of glue. Adhere the paper. Don't glue all the way to the edge, you want to give the illusion that it can unroll.
6) Wrap the scroll with a thin gold ribbon and tassel.
7) Decorate with the details of the graduation year.
