Soap Firecracker Craft Project

Celebrate our Independence Day with the decorative Firecracker.  This firecracker is safe to put anywhere in your home.

This project is rated Easy  to do.

What you need

• Bar of Ivory Soap
• Star decorate garland ( red ,silver, and blue)
• Straight Pins
• White Face cloth
• Felt Squares ( Yellow, Red, Orange)
• Black Chenille Pipe cleaner

What to do

1. Fold face cloth in half.
2. Place Black pipe cleaner at edge of face cloth. 
3. Roll the face cloth with the pipe cleaner inside.  Keep the folded edge at the top.
4. Unwrap bar of ivory soap.
5. Attach face cloth to soap with straight pins.
6. Trim pipe cleaner to desire length.
7. Cut out 2 flame shapes from the felt square using the sample as a guide.
8. Glue the flame shapes together sandwiching the pipe cleaner in the middle.
9. Decorate with Star Garland.  We wrapped the blue garland around the firecracker and cut short length of all three colors and inserted them into the face cloth folds.
