What you need
- Snack Size zip-loc bag.
- Blue Hair Gel
- Blue Glitter
- Foam or plastic fish or sea creatures.
What to do:
1) Squeeze Hair gel into a snack sized plastic zip-loc bag.
2) Add Blue glitter. Seal bag and mix by gently squeezing.
3) Add your sea creatures.
4) Amaze your friends with your handheld fish tank!
