4^th of July Parade Candy Bag

There is nothing more exciting that catching tossed candy at a 4^th of July Parade.  You will be a hit with your festive sack.

3 and up

This project is rated Easy  to do.

What you need

• Paper Bag
• Red Acrylic Paint
• White Acrylic Paint
• Blue construction paper
• Popcorn
• Glue Stick
• Glue

What to do:

1)      Paint alternating stripes of red and white.  We used our fingers to do so.

2)      Once dry, add a blue construction paper square to one of the corners of the bag.

3)      Glue popcorn onto the blue square to resemble stars.

4)      Use your bag to collect your parade candy.

Hint:

*  This would made a decorative gift bag.
