Clay Flowerpot Necklace Kid Craft

This is a GREAT craft that your kids will love to make and wear. We get lots of complements whenever we wear these out.

This project is rated Easy to do.
What you need
- 1" Clay pot
- Flowers( dried or silk)
- Ribbon (approximately 2 ½ feet)
- Raffia
- Cool Glue Gun
What you do
- Measure the ribbon around child to get the approximate length that works for you.
- Glue ribbon to the inside of the clay pot. Make sure the ribbon design is facing outward if using a single sided ribbon (like our example).
- Fill the pot with additional glue.
- Immediate add cut flowers.
- Allow to dry completely.
Helpful hints
- Make sure that when you size the ribbon; make sure that it will fit easy over the child's head. And allow a few inches on either side to be glued inside the clay pot.
- When choosing flowers, be careful of the dimension of the flowers to make sure that they are proportionate to your clay pot. Try to coordinate your ribbon and flowers to one of your favorite dresses.
