What you need
- Clay Pot
- Scrap piece of foam
- Large Craft stick
- Green construction Paper
- Pink Construction paper
- Green Acrylic Paint
- Blue Acrylic Paint
- Photo of your child
- Black Marker
- Glue
What to do:
1) Paint your clay pot blue.
2) Glue a small piece of foam inside the clay pot.
3) Paint a large craft stick green.
4) Cut out a flower shape out of pink paper.
5) Cut out 2 leaf shapes out of green construction paper.
6) Trace the clay pot rim onto the green construction paper and cut out the circle.
7) Trim your photo into a circle shape.
8) Assemble all the pieces as shown in photo.
Hint:
- Cups and other objects make a great tool to trace a circle.
- Cookie cutters are great to make shapes such as flowers.
