Mother's Day 3-D Card

This is a great way to turn a rainy day into a whole lot of fun.

What you need

• Small White bathroom cup
• Foam Letters
• Colored foam or pre-made shapes.
• Green Chenille Stick
• Wooden Spool
• Cool Glue Gun
• Card Stock quality paper

What you do

1. Cut bathroom cup in half.
2. Glue one half to the colored card stock paper.
3. Glue Chenille stick to paper to resemble a flower stem.
4. Make two flower shapes from craft foam.  We used pre-cut shapes but could be easily duplicated.
5. Glue one flower shape to the paper.
6. Glue a wooden spool to the center of the flower (this will give it the height.
7. Glue second flower to the top of the spool.
8. Write your personal message with the foam letters( or marker if preferred).
9. Deliver the letter on Mother's Day.

 Hints:

·          Trying making a whole bouquet of flowers or varying heights.  Remember the smaller the flower the lower the height should be to be proportional.
