Oscar the Grouch Handheld Mask Craft Project
You don't win costume contest with store bought outfits. For a twist, dress your child in green and have them hold this hand held mask that they made themselves.

What you need
- Green Craft Paper
- 8" Cake Circle
- 2 Ping Pong Balls
- Tan Scraggly Yarn
- I paint stirring stick
- Black felt
- Red Felt
- Low temp Glue Gun
What you do
- Cut out an 8 inch circle out of red craft paper and glue to cake circle.
- Cut out nickel sized black circles.
- Glue black felt to white ping pong balls
- Add Tan yarn for the eyebrows.
- Add tan yarn to top part of circle to make a single brow.
- Glue ping pong balls to green circle just under brow line.
- Cut our a black mouth and red tongue shape and attach to green face.
- Attach the Oscar head to a paint stirring stick.
- Trick or Treat!
