St. Patrick's Day Kids Crafts Sandwich

This is a festive twist on a classic peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich.  We served it open faced.

This project is rated Easy  to do.

What you need

• Two Slices of your favorite bread
• Peanut Butter
• Rainbow mini marshmallows

What you do

1.  Spread the peanut butter onto the two slices.
2. Arrange the marshmallows into a rainbow that spans the two breads.
3. Eat open faced.
4. Enjoy being Irish(even if only for the day).
