Uncle Sam Face Mask Kid Craft

What you need
- Poster board paper
- Paper Plate
- Coffee Filter
- 10 cotton balls
- 3 Festive paper napkins
- Low temp glue gun
What to do:
1) Cut the middle section out of a paper plate. This will leave you with the ridged edges.
2) Cut a hat shape out of poster board paper.
3) Unfold seasonal decorative napkins. Glue the napkin to the hat. Trim the edges if necessary. Decorate as desired.
4) Glue hat to the top part of the ridged paper plate ring/loop.
5) Glue a coffee filter to the lower paper plate ring/loop. This will simulate Uncle Sam's white chin.
6) Glue a couple of cotton balls to front of the ring/loop just under the hat.
7) Wear with pride.
